For Money Orders and Personal Checks Upon Checkout with paypal select payment as OTHER then select money order or check. You will then be given the address to send your payment.

 Personal Check orders require your name,address,phone printed on check. Orders will not be sent until Check clears which can take up to 2-3 weeks.

 Shipping Policy

ABCTACK.com Orders are shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Some Items may be shipped seperately as soom items are shipped direct to you from our warehouse(s) or direct from the manufacturer.

We accept check, money orders, PayPal®, Visa, Master Card, or American Express for domestic orders. If paying by check, please note that checks will be held fifteen (15) business days prior to shipping your order. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

All standard service packages are processed, packed and shipped within 2-5 business days from receipt of order. Although infrequent, delays do occur, so please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing.Saddles may require additional time for packaging and shipping.

DHL Shipping time estimates for rural/remote areas are not guaranteed. Rural/remote is defined as 150 miles from a large metropolitan area.

Upon receipt of your package, please inspect for any damages caused in transit or shortages. If damage should occur, keep all evidence for inspection. All damages and shortages must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of package. Please  email us at

Returns / Exchange Policy

We adhere to a seven (7) day return or exchange policy for all of our merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, with all of the original tags and packaging to qualify for a store credit only.

We offer Store Credit ONLY on returns, no cash refunds will be given.

If you would like to make an exchange or return, you will need to contact us within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. Failure to do so will void your right to a in store credit  exchange. Items without the original tags and packaging may only be exchanged upon approval or returned for conditional store credit only.

To exchange or return an item, the customer MUST obtain a return authorization number (RA#). ABC TACK reserves the right to refuse any package without a return authorization number, and no exchange or refund will be given at that time.

To obtain your return authorization number (RA#) and return address, email us at abctack@cableone.net within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. Please forward along or have ready the following information:

  3. Payment Method (Check, Money Order, Credit Card, Paypal®)
  4. Date Received
  5. Reason for Return or Exchange

Before returning or exchanging any merchandise, please be sure to note the following items:

  1. All items should be returned using the original packaging. If this is not possible, please include as much of the original packaging as possible.
  2. ALL shipping costs must be paid by the customer. If exchanging an item, ABC TACK will cover half of the return freight. Please include a check for the amount imparted to you during your initial contact.
  3. Your return authorization number (RA#) must be written on the outside package where it is clearly visible. ABC TACK reserves the right to refuse any package without a return authorization number (RA#).
  4. Please review the terms and conditions before sending any merchandise to us.
  5. All authorized returns must be received by us within fourteen (14) business days of the initial contact with returns and exchanges department.

Terms and Conditions of Returns or Exchanges

All merchandise returned and found to be used is destroyed and no refund or exchange is issued. All merchandise without its original packing or tags will be be charge a 20% restocking fee.

All Horse Clothing: No returns or exchanges on Horse Clothing.

Saddles and Harness Sets:  Saddles will have a $50.00 restocking fee. Other items purchased through our website returned without packing materials and tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You can return items for a store credit and the restocking fee will be waived.

Jewelry: Earrings are NON-Returnable,Hair Clips,barrets,headbands are also NON returnable.

Policy for broken or defective items

If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the website, or by going to your Purchase History. Inside your Purchase History, click on the specific order id and then select "Problem Report" for the specific item or items.

Policy for non-defective, non-broken items

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 14 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days. There are no returns on catalogs or imprinted items.

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.

If the customer (YOU) provide the incorrect address at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, a 20% restocking fee will automatically apply & shipping charges will not be refunded.  

 Out of stock...Notice   Please note that we work hard to maintain a 95% in-stock rating (one of the highest in the industry). We'd love to be 100% in stock at all times, but things beyond our control prevent this, such as manufacturer delays, on-board damage during shipping to the warehouse, weather conditions which delay shipping, etc. We realize it is an inconvenience to you and when an item is out of stock, and we are striving to keep our warehouse as stocked as humanly possible.
